Joe was a great salesperson and resource throughout the ordering and purchase of a Prius. It took about 1.2 years for the Prius to arrive after ordering. Joe Cornelio was great to work with from our initial contact with Heritage. The lead time on the vehicle we chose was extensive and Joe kept in contact with us throughout offering us opportunities to s contact with Heritage. The lead time on the vehicle we chose was extensive and Joe kept in contact with us throughout offering us opportunities to see different trim levels as models showed up at the dealership even though they were pre sold. We enjoyed the low pressure but very responsive sales experience Joe offered. Patrick in the finance department made the paperwork part of the sale quick and was very organized. We would not hesitate visit Heritage Toyota for any future vehicle needs. More
