We came into the dealership to look at a specific car we found online for my daughter, and were so lucky to work with Joe. He listened to what we wanted, didn't try to upsell us or show us any cars we weren found online for my daughter, and were so lucky to work with Joe. He listened to what we wanted, didn't try to upsell us or show us any cars we weren't interested in and he reassured us that the car we were interested in was a safe choice for our daughter. Throughout the process he was kind, genuine, trust worthy and responsive to any and all questions we had. My daughter appreciated that he also spoke to her about the car and really made it clear that he wanted her to be comfortable with her choice. She didn't feel pressured at all and felt like she could ask questions. It was the first car we looked at, but has ended up being the best fit for her.
