Our son and fiance recently bought a vehicle and told us that they had the best experience at Saupaugh. My husband had been looking for a truck for several years so he decided to contact Saupaugh. He conta that they had the best experience at Saupaugh. My husband had been looking for a truck for several years so he decided to contact Saupaugh. He contacted Kirk Linderer ( sales manager) and told him what he was looking for. It wasn't too long and Kirk called my husband and told him he had found what he wanted but that the truck was in another state and he would have to make a deal to get it to their dealership. Unfortunately, the other dealership was not able to come down enough to make it the amount we wanted to spend. So Kirk told my husband that the truck wasn't too far from us and that we could try and purchase from them directly for a cheaper amount. We did not get the truck from the other dealership but we did appreciate Kirk's honesty about being able to purchase from the other dealer cheaper. Not many salespeople are willing to do that! We were also looking to trade our SUV in. We felt that Kirk's honesty was amazing so we decided to drive the 130 miles to see what they had in stock at their dealership. They have over 500 vehicles to choose from. Kirk fixed us up with Greg Jones who was professional and friendly. We were able to find the vehicle that we wanted and they even took the time to help us to get a great interest rate on our loan. We had an overall good experience at Saupaugh! We'll be back when ready to purchase our next vehicle. More
