My experience was everything I would expect from Acura. I changed dealerships because I heard good things about Schaller. I have a 2001 MDX that needed service and my wife was in the market for a new car. I changed dealerships because I heard good things about Schaller. I have a 2001 MDX that needed service and my wife was in the market for a new car. It was nice being able to drive in the garage for service rather than parking outside on a chilly day. The service crew was very courteous and clearly understood what was needed. After a thorough inspection they recommended additional items that needed care. I appreciated that. Having a loaner car while mine was serviced was also a perk. I received several updates from the crew while my wife was picking out a new RDX. Our sales rep, James Merrill, was exceptional. I think it was our best car purchase experience. The service on my MDX was completed on time and the car washed and cleaned. Schaller has earned a new customer. More

Best Ever!! I just bought my 6th Acura from Schaller, starting in 1998, the first 5 were TLs and the recent one is a 2016 RDX. Obviously, I have had nothing but I just bought my 6th Acura from Schaller, starting in 1998, the first 5 were TLs and the recent one is a 2016 RDX. Obviously, I have had nothing but great experiences with them because I keep going back. My sales person for the last 4 purchases is Teri Lupacchino, who quite simply the best in all aspects of the sales process. I would deal with noone else. Their service department led by Dave along with Brian and Joe is the best I have dealt with in over 50 years of driving. The value they bring to my experiences over the years is impossible to calculate. I just wish I had found them earlier. Do yourself a favor, call Teri and get yourself a terrific car and deal with the the best team around. More
