The dealership for product knowledge & professioalism While everyone was professional,pleasant and easy to work with, we really need to single out James 'Merrill. We have been purchasing vehicles since the 1960s, usually every 3 to 4 years, and do not exaggerate when we say we have never worked with a sales person who knows so much about his product. In addition we could not be more amazed at his ability to demonstrate every button, item,etc. in the vehicle's interior including the technology package. He took the time, didn't rush, answered all questions, If ever Acura needs someone to train salespersons on how to demonstrate vehicle functions to customers, he's the one. There is not one thing we don' t know about this car after his explanations. In-addition he has followed up,as he said he would, with us since the purchase. He did such a good job the first time, we haven' t had questions or needed anything. If we had not had such an exceptional overall experience at schaller's we would not have taken the time to write this review. We would definitely recommend Jim and this dealership to others . From the moment I called to make the service appointment, till I drove my car home I have only high praise for the service department especially Joe DelaCruz. I called to reschedule my appointment two hours before I was due and there was no hassle and a new appointment was giving to me two days later. Joe greeted my husband and I when we arrived and was very professional and courteous. He even remembered the circumstance from a year ago that led us to purchase our 2012 TSX. Joe's personal attention to us makes bringing our car in for service a very satisfying experience. When leaving the service center I feel confident my car has been thoroughly checked out and any problems have been noted and corrected. This reinforces the our great satisfaction in owing an Acura. Wow. Joe kept me updated throughout the day. My MDX was cleaned, fixed, and my son's coat was even folded on his seat. I have been a customer of Schaller since I bought my first Acura Legend in 1987. Four Acura's later I now own a 2013 RDX sold to us by Teri Lupacchino in the Sales Department. Teri is courteous, highly first Acura Legend in 1987. Four Acura's later I now own a 2013 RDX sold to us by Teri Lupacchino in the Sales Department. Teri is courteous, highly knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. She knew we were torn between the technology package and the one without the package. Showing us the added features and giving us time to think about it really helped in making the decision to GO FOR IT!!!! At the time of pick up she went over all the programming and driving details with me and boy were there lots of them! She was so patient with me learning how to use the new system, I can't say enough good things about the experience. Schaller is, by far, the best dealer for sales and extraordinary service they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The service manager, David Wiltsie, has been around since I started, this says a lot for the type of employer Schaller must be. Thank you Schaller Family, you are the best!!! More
