Customer for 31 years I’ve been doing business with Schaller Acura since 1987 and I have never found a more reliable deaalership. Teri Lupacchino has sold us 2 of our cars I’ve been doing business with Schaller Acura since 1987 and I have never found a more reliable deaalership. Teri Lupacchino has sold us 2 of our cars and we can’t say enough good things about her knowledge of the vehicle and her patience in teaching us how to use the features. She is definitely an asset to this dealership. Also Brian Savo walked us through the financing and made it so easy to complete the transaction. When it comes to service this team is the best in the state. I’ve had other cars and been to other repair groups but nobody beats Schaller Acura as far as I’m concerned. More

A welcome departure from the old school tactics Just bought my third car from Schaller Acura. This dealership is a welcome departure from the old school tactics still used by car dealers in the area. There's no pressure, no "let me talk to my manager," etc. going on here. Schaller focuses on a friendly, knowledgeable and easy experience. This time around, I had a chance to work with Mike Uhlman and my interactions were just as good as with folks I've worked with in the past. Mike knows his product, and he understands how to ask the right questions to make sure his customers are getting what they need. Brian Savo on the business side was just as easy to work with through the financing process. There's no pressure to tack on add-ons you don't want. There's no games with the numbers. It's just simple. I'd highly recommend Schaller Acura for service as well. I've been taking cars there for service over the past six years and have NEVER had a negative experience. The advisors and techs are great people who want to make sure you're happy. You really can't ask for more than that. More

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Schaller Acura and have found that all members I have worked with the past 11 years work together as a "Team" to provide the customer the best possible experience. Teri Lupacchino, Sales Consultant, was great to deal with throughout my recent purchase & delivery process. Brian Salvo, Finance Manager, made the financing process efficient & easy for me. Top notch - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Overall, since my initial purchase of 2012 TL and now with my recent purchase of 2018 TLX I find that my experience at Schaller has been very positive Overall, since my initial purchase of 2012 TL and now with my recent purchase of 2018 TLX I find that my experience at Schaller has been very positive. For both vehicles my initial inquiries and request to compare various models were met with friendly enthusiasm and absolutely no pressure - even when driving a vehicle more than one time. I believe the Schaller approach as demonstrated by Teri in Sales and Joe in Service reflect very well on the dealership and Acura too. I have not yet had the TLX serviced but Dave's friendly and low-key approach and the quality, efficiency, courteousness and fair pricing in Service that I experienced with my TL keeps me from looking elsewhere for service. For a minor issue that could not be dealt with by conventional methods, Dave went the extra mile to fabricate an accessory to completely solve the problem. The TL's comfort, performance and styling so satisfied me that I did not consider other brands and after a few test drives with Teri's assistance I was pretty sure the TLX was the one for me. Only time will tell as I have not had the car for a full week yet. But, so far I am thrilled with it. So, bottom line, Teri and Dave are both great and indeed everyone I have encountered at Schaller Acura has been welcoming, friendly and helpful every time. There are not many businesses in general about which I can honestly say I have only had very good, positive experiences, including their generosity in contributing to charity events with which I am involved.
