Refreshing Experience When I was looking for a used VW there were several different dealers I visited in my area but ended up driving over an hour and a half to North Penn When I was looking for a used VW there were several different dealers I visited in my area but ended up driving over an hour and a half to North Penn VW since I hadn't gotten a very good vibe from the other dealers and they had good ratings. This is all during the whole COVID-19 situation but it was very easy to get someone on the phone and make an appointment. My salesman, Joe Dephilipo was awesome and everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and very friendly. Joe was very knowledgeable and I learned he had been selling VW's at North Penn for over 30 years. He had some good stories.. lol I had a few nitpick things that I pointed out about the car and they took care of everything for me without any hassle at all. The price for the car would be considered at the upper range of the asking price however the car was in premium condition so I feel it was reasonably priced. Jason Hartman was an ace with the financing and I ended up purchasing a Golf GTI from them that day. I highly recommend this dealer even if you have to drive a little further. It is worth it. More

I leased a new Jetta this week and had the easiest car buying experience with Joe and Jason. They worked hard to get as much done as possible online before I came in to pick up the car. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and Joe and Jason made those 30 minutes fun. I told Joe that this was the easiest car buying experience I've had and that includes buying a new car from my dad at his dealership before he retired! Joe also went above and beyond helping me with an Atlas I bought from a different VW dealer last year. Joe was awesome showing me not only the features of the Jetta but also features of the Atlas. I've been driving that for a year and had no idea about some key features Joe taught me. Above and beyond service! More
