From the moment we walked in through the doors, the entire process was completed with ease and respect. Great communication. Friendly and acknowledging staff. Up front honesty. No overselling. No trying to change our minds to another vehicle. And with all of that, we are very excited to say that we are now the new Owners of the vehicle we wanted and that is all thanks to the amazing staff at Napleton Ford of Oak Lawn!!! We are happy we were able to keep this local in our Community, have a great experience for something we weren't thinking would be, and have an upgraded, gorgeous vehicle to drive!
