Joe, showed me all the information pertaining to the vehicle I was interested in, and gave me the space I needed to make my decision (contacting me to following up every 4-5 days). He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions with expertise. On the day of purchase, Joe was patient and explained every document I was signing with complete clarity. I was fully aware of everything I was appending my name to, and understood my charges fully, which I greatly appreciated. Sam Choi, the finance officer was just as thorough with his explanation of the finance paperwork. I was blown away by his professionalism, and wisdom, when explaining to me the terms of my lease. As many BMW dealers we have in the area, most of them could care less about ED. I found Joe's name through recommendations on a BMW web forums and reached out to him to arrange my ED. What is also notable is that I wanted an M2 Competition for my ED, and due to the way allocations work, even less dealers are willing to do ED on M models. I reached out to him via email and he promptly called back and we discussed my ED order. Joe was knowledgeable & responsive through the process, and just a great person to do business with. I have not met Joe in person and all my business was done via phone and email, which made it even easier. I would strongly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a BMW. More
