Personally, I have come across many sales person all these years. However, Mr. Joe Feng is one gentleman who stands out among all of them. It's to his credit that I am driving BMW today. He took care of me and my wife every step of the way. He offers unparallel customer service. I remember - it was hot and muggy and he made sure I always have a water bottle in my hand to quench my thirst every few minutes. Mr. Feng is very straight forward and will put everything black and white in front of you. I and my wife have made a commitment to this amazing individual for life. I wish him very best in life and hope whoever reads this review won't hesitate a bit to go to this wonderful dealership and meet amazing personalities. More

Joe was extremely courteous and went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted, with very little effort on my part. Once we agreed on the deal he took my around the dealership and service center to meet all of the people who would continue to help me throughout the ownership my car. Larry Cash was my Financial Manager and he was equally helpful and accommodating. An overall great experience. More

Mr. Feng not only got me the deal MUCH LOWER than the special price they had online (thanks to the Mgr. as well), he was also very professional and courteous towards the whole transaction and didn’t feel like I was customer but a friend rather.
