FIRST BMW CARE BUYING EXPERIENCE Joe was my salesman. Once we entered the facility the receptionist contact Joe and he took us back immediately to further assist us. Keon walked me though and explain what needed to be done and would work according to consumer’s financial situation and he could tell me certain things could wait until the next service to be done and therefore there is some breathing room for my wallet and I can prep for the next time. The manager Mel, staff and sales rep are wonderful, courteous and professional. They make sure the customers needs have been met and I can say that I’ve been treated very well and appreciate it.
