You are welcomed and greeting with smiles immediately and made to feel at home. I had originally brought my TLS in for service but sadly, it was beyond repair. Michael who was extremely knowledgeable gave me some options which ultimately led me to partnering with Danny Park. Not only was Danny a pleasure to deal with but very patient, knowledgeable and most importantly honest and a straight shooter, no BS from this guy. Last but not least, everyone from the dealership gets back to you when they say they will, a true rarity these days. At the end of the day I had to leave my TLS but walked away with a TLX A-SPEC. Danny and the team at Rallye made the experience seamless. I told him and his manager that the only reason I choose to stay with Rallye Acura (I was actually in the market for a BMW X3), was because of the relationships and quality of service. The car was pulled out of storage and ready for a test drive the very next day. Wonderful Experience at Rallye Acura We were looking for an SUV and decided to stop in at Rallye Acura to look at their SUV's. We met Will Vergez who told us all about the Acura RDX and gave us a test ride in the SUV. Will is a wonderful salesman. He's very pleasant and answered all our questions. We wound up buying the Acura RDX the next day! We picked the SUV up today and love it! Before we left the dealership Will introduced us to our service manager. At many dealerships you get a different service manager every time you bring the car in but at Rallye Acura you are assigned one service manager for as long as you own the car. Everyone at Rallye Acura was very pleasant and helpful in making our purchase a wonderful experience. No high pressure sales here! Thank you again Will and to the rest of your staff at Rallye Acura! There are many dealers, where you feel coerced or pushed, but here, that has Never been my experience. I keep coming back to this dealership, four times now, because of the professionalism shown by all staff and the atmosphere is inviting.
