buying a car is a very stressful exercise, where you know that you will get ripped off on the price factor. It was anything but that at Rally Acura, where I found Jabir from Sales & Joe the FNI man who made that you will get ripped off on the price factor. I did my homework ahead of time, and Danny P got me a GREAT deal on a new 2013 MDX Tech Entertainment... so good that a competitor dealer who couldn't match the price even commented on how good of a deal GREAT deal on a new 2013 MDX Tech Entertainment... so good that a competitor dealer who couldn't match the price even commented on how good of a deal it was! Joe F worked with me on financing, and I came out of there a happy customer! Other positives: Dominic responded promptly to email and phone questions; Adrian picked me up at the train station after work to bring me to the dealership; the front desk staff warmly greeted all guests; and their showroom was clean and well-maintained. More

As soon as I walk into the dealer I was greeted with a cup of coffee or water, from my experience no dealership offered that just saying. I've been shopping for a sedan for a while have a baby on the way, I thought it would be impossible for them to make a deal that I would be satisfied with and to my surprised they make it happen offered me a good deal on my trade in and gave a good deal on an 2010 Acura tsx my only problem that bugs me is the scratch on the hood that I didn't notice but I'm happy with the car and the deal that was work out. Talley Acura have earned by business for years to come their very honest and friendly. Thank you More

All of the gentlemen were very helpful and responsive to the needs of my family. We lost three cars due to Hurricane Sandy and were able to replace two of them due to the fact they keep a wishlist so they the needs of my family. Top-notch dealership, would definitely recommend them to a friend in the market for an Acura. I needed to trade my coupe for a sedan for family reasons. I knew I wanted a CPO TL w/SH-AWD & Tech package, and a friend in the market for an Acura. I needed to trade my coupe for a sedan for family reasons. I knew I wanted a CPO TL w/SH-AWD & Tech package, and found two online listings at Rallye to look over. When I arrived, the entire process from start to finish took only 2-1/2 hours. Anthony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He was straightforward and his no-pressure approach put me at ease. He gave me a very reasonable deal on my trade-in and purchase price. There was a minor blemish in the body which he immediately addressed and ensured it was fixed good as new. Joe in Financing was also very easy to work with, he wasn't pushy nor did he use those high-pressure tactics finance guys normally use to get you to load up on accessories. All in all Anthony and Joe made it a very comfortable buying experience (my last vehicle purchase was at a Dodge dealership in western Suffolk County, their customer service was awful and I'll never use them again). I love my pre-owned TL and am completely satisfied with my purchase from Rallye. I would definitely give them my business again. Thanks! More
