James Llerandi was a very thorough and detail oreinted sales person. He handled a problem that another staff member created with professionalism and sincerity. All of the gentlemen were very helpful and responsive to the needs of my family. We lost three cars due to Hurricane Sandy and were able to replace two of them due to the fact they keep a wishlist so they the needs of my family. We lost three cars due to Hurricane Sandy and were able to replace two of them due to the fact they keep a wishlist so they can alert customers when the car they are looking for comes in. I would go no where else to buy and service an Acura. More

Top-notch dealership, would definitely recommend them to a friend in the market for an Acura. I needed to trade my coupe for a sedan for family reasons. I knew I wanted a CPO TL w/SH-AWD & Tech package, and a friend in the market for an Acura. I needed to trade my coupe for a sedan for family reasons. I knew I wanted a CPO TL w/SH-AWD & Tech package, and found two online listings at Rallye to look over. When I arrived, the entire process from start to finish took only 2-1/2 hours. Anthony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He was straightforward and his no-pressure approach put me at ease. He gave me a very reasonable deal on my trade-in and purchase price. There was a minor blemish in the body which he immediately addressed and ensured it was fixed good as new. Joe in Financing was also very easy to work with, he wasn't pushy nor did he use those high-pressure tactics finance guys normally use to get you to load up on accessories. All in all Anthony and Joe made it a very comfortable buying experience (my last vehicle purchase was at a Dodge dealership in western Suffolk County, their customer service was awful and I'll never use them again). I love my pre-owned TL and am completely satisfied with my purchase from Rallye. I would definitely give them my business again. Thanks! More

This dealership has exactly what a potential car buyer need...knowledgable staff and great car offers. I was greeted in front of the dealership by a very friendly valet staff. The dealership itself is clean and well-lit to display the vehicles in the showroom. Plenty of refreshment and snacks for customers near the service area. James introduced himself shortly after our arrival. Very professional and he took plenty of time to ensure our needs are met (I think we entered the dealership right before closing). It took less than an hour (test drive, customize our options, and calculate the price) for us to make a decision. We are impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Two thumbs way up. Will definitely bring friends when they are ready to purchase an Acura. Cheers! More

First off , I could not say enough about the service I received.It was a real pleasure to deal with the staff at Rally Acura ,especially Anthony as the sales person and Joe F as the finance man. When I received.It was a real pleasure to deal with the staff at Rally Acura ,especially Anthony as the sales person and Joe F as the finance man. When I first came in I was expecting the pressure sale as associated with a lot of the other dealerships,there was none of this.Just a real friendly atmosphere. I couldn't have had a better experience .Quite frankly ,I was just about to commit to buying my car at a different dealer when Anthony went out of his way to show my wife and I a car that was all the way in Bayville - that was the closer ! Thanks Anthony for going the extra mile. As for Joe F , he made me feel real comfortable .He explained all my options and helped me make some good choices. Great job - thanks. I will certainly recommend your dealership to all my friends and family. More

Most of the dealers in the city are xx and dishonest, but Rallye Acura surprised me. Anthony Pergollizi was the guy that sold us the MDX. He was so friendly and honest. Patrick Lai was the guy that helps us to get the new car. He was a really nice guy as well. Joe Filardo was the financial guy. He was friendly and never pushed us to buy any accessories and warranty. Finally, I found a GOOD dealer. I will definitely go back there and recommend them to my friends. 5/5 for sure. Thank you every one! Good Job! James More

It was a breath fresh air to deal with a group of guys that made me feel relaxed and confident . I was in great hands. I did'nt think that a dealer like this still existed. I was amazed at how easy and pleasant my entire experience was. Sales expert Lenny Proce was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Proce had an amazing ability to explain the nuances of leasing a vehicle. I had many questions and concerns and Mr. Proce not only assured me that he will answer all of my concerns, Mr. Proce guided me to leasing a beautiful MDX. I was concerned about my finances and intended on leasing a RDX due to my financial restrictions. Mr. Proce was able to acquire a lease on my MDX, and me trading in my 2002 MDX i was ecstatic that for $17.00 more a month i can drive my favorite vehicle! Financial expert Joe Filardo was able to acquire a loan in my wife's name due to an embarrassing misunderstanding with child support for my children, though my credit is 735, I am contesting this issue right away! My Wife Marilyn and I are the registrants on all of our vehicles. This is not my first new acquisition of a car and I always remove the license plate frame of the dealership I acquired my vehicle from, due to personal beliefs. I will proudly display the Rallye Acura license plate display. Keep up the great work! More
