I came in the day after the accident just to look at my options, and the salesman asked the right questions to show me the car that fits me perfectly. I put down a deposit and they held my car for 3 weeeks as not only had insurance not declared my car a total loss yet, but they had not even sent a check. The day they sent me paperwork showing how much they were giving me I went right back in to close the deal. So happy that Findlay Toyota worked with my situation to match me with the perfect car model, and then hold it when it came off the truck until I could get proof of insurance settlement - they could have easily sold it multiple times over with as long as my insurance carrier was dragging its feet! Best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 55 years! More

This family of dealerships never fails to come through in ways that are reminiscent of another bygone era. Ordered and received a ‘22 Tundra. There were mechanical problems from the onset. Firstly I have to shine a big light on our sales rep Joe, he provided my fiancé and I with first class service from the moment we consulted over the phone and meeting in person, Joe was efficient and easy to work with. Joe invited us to come into the dealership and promised he would not waste our time...sure enough he stuck to his promise and was very prompt with all steps of the purchase. We could not of asked for working with any better of a sales rep!! Another thing we noticed is the cleanliness of the actual dealership and the comfortable water and snacks it was very pleasant and comfortable unlike their competitors in the area. We also would like to give a big acknowledgment to our financial advisor Kirk he was also very efficient, helpful, prompt and took the time to answer all of our questions fully.
