They Saved Our Vacation! My car was in for service for a major problem right before we were to leave for vacation. It turned out that I needed a new engine...and wouldn't be r My car was in for service for a major problem right before we were to leave for vacation. It turned out that I needed a new engine...and wouldn't be ready in time for our trip. Klaben let me use a loaner car for a couple days and then rented an Enterprise Escape for us to take on vacation to South Carolina. This was certainly above and beyond being helpful. Joe French even called me a couple of times to let me know how things were coming along. More
