Service Rep. had my car washed for me. I drove over from Quick Lane to do a price comparison. I was not happy because I did not receive a car wash and I also wanted Joe French to review I drove over from Quick Lane to do a price comparison. I was not happy because I did not receive a car wash and I also wanted Joe French to review my charges which were more than I expected. He said he would have charged about the same. Another Service Rep. offered to get my car washed and of course I said "OKay". I told Joe I would just come back to him when my Mountaineer need servicing again. No problem. I just needed the car washed due to a fly over of a few birds! More

Took a few tries, but all appears to be fixed! I was having trouble with my touch screen - navigation and radio. It honestly had a mind of its own and was bouncing from screen to screen. They focus on providing quality service, always greet you with a smile, listen to your concerns, and ensur Klaben is my all time favorite dealership. They focus on providing quality service, always greet you with a smile, listen to your concerns, and ensure that you have a loaner car so that you are not inconvenienced while your car is under repair. They are also smart in providing a newer model of your current car as a loaner. My husband loved my 2013 MKZ for me but hated a few of its features. On my last service experience, he had the opportunity to drive my loaner car, which was a new MKZ and loved it for himself! All the features he hated had been replaced. Now he is thinking of trading in his Taurus for his own MKZ. Looks like we will be returning customers for a long time. More
