The car I spoke of by phone was waiting for me exactly as I requested. I was able to do a test drive. Sale process was quick and easy. Salesman explained features and help set up Bluetooth. Overall, I would shy away from this dealer. After negotiating the price (including their offer to reimburse me for the lease disposition fee) and buying the car; they subsequently said that it wasn’t negotiating the price (including their offer to reimburse me for the lease disposition fee) and buying the car; they subsequently said that it wasn’t part of the deal. I found this rude and quite disappointing to save $395; especially after buying a used car warranty which has significant profit margins. More
