Serv was CRAP! !!! Asked for new tires when I purchased the vehicle, as there was no tread on the current tires.Tires were put on, but not balanced. Tires that were !!! Asked for new tires when I purchased the vehicle, as there was no tread on the current tires.Tires were put on, but not balanced. Tires that were put on were crap, vehicle vibrated and was hard to steer, even after balancing. Was promised would order new tires. Waited 2wks for replacement tires!!!! Was called to set appointment to put on tires. Dropped off vehicle the night before for a 7 AM appointment. Never heard from dealership all day, even after four phone calls to them. No one called to update. On the fifth phone call (5:15pm) was told they had the wrong tires!!!! And had to re-order. Received call following morning that vehicle was finished. Asked if washer fluid had been topped off was told yes. When I picked up the vehicle, washer fluid had not been topped off, reservoir was still empty. In addition, the tires were dirty and the wheels had been scratched!!! do not understand how a vehicle can go through a” 40 point inspection” and the fluids are not topped off!!!! in addition to installing tires that are not balanced, then ordering tires that will not fit the vehicle. Then……scratching the wheels and not wiping of the dirt from the tires (the tires looked USED ) Tire installation is not rocket science!! NOT happy at all! If it was not for Joe Herx I would write this is zero!!!!! More
