Purchasing the vehicle was fine but not the finance dept I just bought a 2018 Ford Edge. I was my second Edge. Joe Herx was wonderful. Your finance personnel lacked the follow through on the sale. I had I just bought a 2018 Ford Edge. I was my second Edge. Joe Herx was wonderful. Your finance personnel lacked the follow through on the sale. I had to make several calls and 3 trips to JC to finally get my paperwork. Poor Business. Josh made an error on the paperwork which was not a big deal it was the false promises and the 23 days after the purchase to get my paperwork that did not set well with us. More
