BMW of Wear Chester and my Service manager Joe Izzi were amazing! Had a small issue with my vehicle and they were able to get me scheduled at my convenience. I brought the vehicle in and they got it right amazing! Had a small issue with my vehicle and they were able to get me scheduled at my convenience. I brought the vehicle in and they got it right into service and told me a maximum of an an hour and a half turn around and 45 mins later I was already pulling out. Everything fixed and working like brand new and my car was spotless. The waiting area is great with a snack station, a station where u can plug in and work and a separate TV watching area. Best service department I have ever dealt with with and nicest waiting area ever. Special thx for Joe Izzi who went out of his way to keep me informed and went over everything step by step. More
