I called the service department in regards to my car battery being dead. I was told by Joe that my 2019 Carolla battery was still under warranty. He offered to send someone to charge my battery and have battery being dead. I was told by Joe that my 2019 Carolla battery was still under warranty. He offered to send someone to charge my battery and have them bring the car in as I am unable to drive because of surgery I had. They not only did I get the battery but repairs to a recall, an oil change and car wash. I only paid for the oil change. They then returned my car. Thank you! More
