Evaluate front end issue after accident I brought my Camry to Heiser because I was having a problem with the front drivers side tire after being involved in a minor accident. I was so disapp I brought my Camry to Heiser because I was having a problem with the front drivers side tire after being involved in a minor accident. I was so disappointed in the service I received. After waiting nearly two hours a service advisor came out and told me I needed new struts. I just had them replaced the week prior, and I told them that when I checked in with the vehicle. He then made me go back to the service area so someone else could explain things to me. It seemed as though no one knew what the problem was and they were guessing. They didn't even bother to take the tire off to look at things and I was charged $89 plus tax! More

45,000 scheduled maintenance I really feel that when I get any kind of service at Heiser that they dont just hand me an impressive computer printout at the end of the appointment I really feel that when I get any kind of service at Heiser that they dont just hand me an impressive computer printout at the end of the appointment but they really did the work reflected on the printout. The checklist is also nice to keep for when you may want to re-sell your car, proving it was regularly maintained. More

Also the waiting room had snacks and beverages available along with very comfortable seating. Work was completed quickly and Joe explained the results of the inspection. Very pleased with the service appointment. More

Broke my Coin Holder I dropped off my car for an oil change and they broke my coin holder on my dash. I'm not sure why they would be opening it. I just bought the car, I dropped off my car for an oil change and they broke my coin holder on my dash. I'm not sure why they would be opening it. I just bought the car, and everything was fine before I dropped it off, but when I got it back I noticed that it was broken. I confronted Joe about it but he keeps saying he didn't break it, but I know it wasn't broken before I dropped it off. More

Ok went to Bad Vehicle was in for three actions; four tire replacement, all wheel alignment, oil & filter change. Also used the carwash following the service work. Vehicle was in for three actions; four tire replacement, all wheel alignment, oil & filter change. Also used the carwash following the service work. Services were performed as expected, however, when we got home, noticed that one wheel cover was missing. When I called 'Joe' in Service, he scouted the shops but claimed that the cover was not there. I retrace the route from the pick-up point, around the dealership lot and all roads & turns on the way home. Found three wheel covers along the way, none for our vehicle. Joe quoted a price of ~$85 for a replacement; I feel that the loss was due to either oversight by or poor installation by one of your service techs and that Heiser should provide a replacement for free. Also, during my phone call back to Joe, I was put on hold multiple times and found it infuriating to listen yo MaryAnn's message about 'the new Heiser", how great your service is and how much you appreciate me as a customer. Very insulting! I would be the last to suggest that a phone caller has priority over a face-to-face customer, but once the caller is engaged, bouncing around from person to person and being put on hold time after time are not good customer service. More
