Joe was great, a very kind person with a big personality. I was a little put off when given the we owe and you owe paperwork, when I was told that the scratch in the car could be fixed and some personality. I was a little put off when given the we owe and you owe paperwork, when I was told that the scratch in the car could be fixed and some oil changes, he did put them right in for us as soon as we brought that up when it said we were owed nothing. I was put off a second time when I was told looking at numbers the first day, some information about financing with Sol, and when I did sit down in the actual financing office after signing the papers, the woman had told me that the person I sat with, didn’t do any of that stuff, so I was a little confused when asking about such a high interest rate, (which I know everyone is getting at the moment) but just that the communication was not very clear. I purchased a 2020 Honda pilot. Two days after having this car I did have to pay for an Uber to come pick us up as the battery was dead after 30 minutes in a parking lot and I had to go get a car at home to come jump the car. I haven’t had any issues since with the battery and Joe did say that I can bring it in to be checked as soon as I am available which I appreciate. So they have been very accommodating. Hoping the car continues to show little to no issues for me and my kids as I felt very talked out of checking out another vehicle that I was very interested in at another dealership to make this deal. More
