Overall, seemed like a good deal and since they had the vehicle for three months, they moved a little on price. Roberto was professional, knowledgeable, and had a good personality as opposed to some stereotypical "sales" people. We knew which vehicle we wanted but did not know which trim line. Roberto went through each trim explaining the differences and showed us several vehicles we narrowed our choices down to. Once we made our decision Roberto provided us with a very good price for the vehicle we were trading and on the new vehicle we were purchasing. The experience was hassle free. When picking up the car and working out the financing with the finance manger Joe, we again had a very pleasurable experience. They were able to provide the best rate and we were able to sign the documents very quickly. Another hassle free experience. We highly recommend Roberto and team at DeCozen and will certainly be back in the future. More

The only feedback that we have is the number that we settled on for our monthly car payments didn’t end of being the actual number of our payments and there wasn’t any communicate around that. We were settled to put one number down and my wife and I had to do further negotiation when it was time for finance. At the end we settled on a comfortable number but it would have been nice to know that were was a change in our original settled monthly payment. Overall we would recommend this dealership. We love our Jeep. More
