I appreciated that John offered to let me leave and think about the deal rather than pressuring me to get the car right away. They emphasized that they wanted me to be happy with the car and I am pleased with the service i was provided. I even had to go back to have some of my paperwork corrected and when I went in without an appointment, Carmine helped quickly and had it corrected without issue. Great experience start to finish I came in after requesting some information from an online database. Then I was emailed and called the next day from their internet sales employee. Neither email or call was pushy, they just wanted to connect with me and see if they had what I was looking for. The two men I worked with on completing my purchase were great. I worked with Joe M. on the sales part. The man was listened to my concerns, requirements and gave me exactly what I asked for. Next came Carmine L. with the finance part where he was very helpful and quick with the whole process. I traded in a vehicle and bought a new one from them which normally take a lot longer.
