The worst customer and sales rep I ever seen Joe one of the salesmen, said they would get our car registered in our state for us for free to find out later we were charged a thousand dollars, the Joe one of the salesmen, said they would get our car registered in our state for us for free to find out later we were charged a thousand dollars, then they held our tags hostage after the temp 20 period ran out until I get my insurance changed to my wife's name, then they charged us a 100 dollars to do a credit report , I could of got that for free,then the car we purchased was a 2016 Mazda CX-5 gt, was missing a back cargo cover and they gave us a hard time about taking the price for one off,Jill who works in the office calls us on the last day of the temp tags to tell me they will not send my tags or registration until I change the name on my insurance policy, and that my car can be impounded if I continue to drive on the temp tags,they are unflexable,and once you buy a car they are impersonal,one sales rep mike told me its my fault that I got insurance for the car in my name, if I did not want the hassle I should have put the car in my name, a lot of nerve telling me who's name the car should of been in,if this car was not for my wife I would of rammed this car through the front door and down there throats,I dealt with a lot of dealers and never liked any of them but deco zen is the worst,STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! You will walk out feeling assaulted and DIRTY! Joe m is a fast talking not very bright salesman all about the dollar bill doesn't even remember your name the next day,I forgot they also told me I could not get my tags until I had an interview with the bank that gave us a loan, an interview after the fact? Ridiculous !!! I should of took my 13 thousand dollar down payment somewhere else, I rather buy a old car with good service than a new car and feel like a victim again STAY AWAY this place will make you think bad thoughts More

Better than other local Jeep dealers After spending the early part of my Saturday morning at a different local Jeep dealer and having an awful customer service experience, I went to DeCoz After spending the early part of my Saturday morning at a different local Jeep dealer and having an awful customer service experience, I went to DeCozen to see if I could actually talk with a sales rep that seemed interested in leasing me a car. After arriving, I met Joe and my day quickly turned around. I explained to Joe what I was looking for and my price point and he came back with a list of Grand Cherokees that he had in stock. With the 2019 models on their way out, Joe was able to get me into a 2018 Summit for not much more than I had planned on spending for a Limited. Yes, it still took a couple of hours to get through all of the paperwork (what car buying experience doesn’t), but they had a game room for my kids to play air hockey in while I finished up all of the details. If you’re looking for a deal on a Jeep in the Montclair/Verona area, don’t bother with the other dealerships, go to DeCozen. More
