Joe Micoletti was helpful, patient and straightforward while I test drove a few cars. He was respectful when I told him I would need some time to think things over. He checked in with me a few times over the following weeks, unobtrusively and unassumingly which I greatly appreciated. When it came time to purchase, he and Traci who handled all of the paperwork, were kind, understanding, and even made the process feel fun at times- which is saying a lot as I was a very nervous first-time buyer. I absolutely recommend this dealership. Buying a car during a pandemic wasn’t my plan, but they made it easy! More
