Good experience Joe worked with me to get me the best price on a used car that fit my budget. Jennifer helped get the paperwork in order as quickly as possible once we start down with her. My only criticism is that it took over an hour from when we decided to buy, to when we could meet with Jennifer to complete the paperwork. That process needs to be faster. I don't know if they were unusually busy, or don't have enough people to process paperwork, but a customer should not wait an hour between deciding and starting paperwork. A less patient person could change their mind and walk out in an hour. This is not a criticism of Joe or Jenifer who were both excellent, it is a criticism of the process or the lack of staff to complete paperwork. More

He is one of the nicest people I have ever met Joe Micoletti is a very knowledgeable sales person who made this buying experience a great experience. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and spent time with me going over the changes from a 2015 to a 2018 Crosstrek. I kept looking for a big "S" on his chest and a cape, but had to settle for outstanding service. Yes, I love my new Subaru!!! I can understand why Tucson Subaru was a 2017 dealership of the year. Everyone was courteous and friendly. There was no pressure; only a willingness to provide reasons for considering a Subaru. There was no haggling over price just supporting reasons for why the value of ownership remains high. If you had a question, the answer was provided. Thanks to Louie Ascencio in Finance for walking me thru all the paperwork and to Terry Iseminger for everything he did to speed this process along. I would recommend not just this dealership for its professionalism and friendliness but also because Subaru is a great car with outstanding safety features!! I know when it comes time for service, I will be well taken care of as I was with my first Crosstrek! More

Easy, No Hassle Jo Micoletti was patient as it took me a few weeks to work things out my back issues.. He did not rush me on my decision. He asked questions to explore what was preventing me from buying the car and he was willing to listen to them. Jo truly tried to address those concerns. In addition, Jo did what he could to work with me. I had a trade in that was quoted higher from another car business. Subaru was willing to make the appropriate adjustments in the pricing of the car matching my other trade in quote. Jo spent time educating me on how to use the different functions in the car. He got other staff members to assist me in handling the electronics of the car. The final Fun factor, before I drove off the lot in my new Subaru, involved Jo bringing me a dozen red roses. How awesome was that!! Very Celebratory!!! Thank you for your support and help through this process. More
