Thanks to my son, I now am the happy owner of a Subaru! I was on my way to purchase a Honda CR-V. I had already driven it and it seemed okay for what I was looking to do with the car but my son asked me the I was on my way to purchase a Honda CR-V. I had already driven it and it seemed okay for what I was looking to do with the car but my son asked me the gas mileage of the Honda and, honestly, I didn't know so he took my phone and searched for the top gas mileage SUV and Subaru came in first. We were a few miles from the dealership and so I decided to stop and check out the Subaru. I knew nothing about Subaru cars/suvs and as soon as we got there Joe Micoletti met me and began to educate me on the XV Crosstrek which I immediately loved. There was never any pressure with Joe, he just let the car sell itself. The next day I came back to purchase the car and because Joe was busy with another customer Kevin Gribble assisted me and I was astounded at his knowledge of the car and he further educated me and because he did I upgraded from the vehicle I was going to buy to one that had the "eyesight" feature. This is a great feature that will give me peace of mind as my kids are just reaching driving age and will be driving the Crosstrek too. Joe stayed involved in the transaction as well and when it was all done I drove off in a loaded, detailed Crosstrek with a complimentary dozen long stem red roses(which I gave my wife and she so loved them!). I've purchased my share of new vehicles but I have never had such a positive experience as I had with Tucson Subaru. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks to you all!! More

I knew in advance that I was going to purchase a 2015 Outback this time around and I worked with Joe Micoletti from start to finish. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. He was patient and I never felt pressured or rushed. Tim Hanson handled the finance part of the deal and was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. However, a car accident totaled our mini-van and we were forced to replace it. We had a Subaru Forrester in the past and loved it. So, we wanted to look for a Subaru first and we are so happy that we did! Our experience with the Tucson Subaru team was completely different than anything we had experienced in the past. Joe Micoletti was patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. If he didn't know an answer to one of our questions, he went and got the answer (rather than making something up). He wasn't pushy and acted with integrity and honesty. Tim Hanson handled the paperwork and was very pleasant to work with. Even though it wasn't his sale, Kevin Gribble helped set up the garage opener and hands-free phone feature. All in all, we came in expecting a typical car buying experience, but drove out with a Subaru. We are confident we made the right choice and will return to Tucson Subaru again. We were undecided about any car when we arrived, he showed us what they offer, and we never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. After we purchased the car, Joe took a great deal of time to show us how to use all the new features, a nice surprise since the sale was already closed. I was never pushed or coerced into making a decision and I received all the answers to my questions. Back story: I was preparing for my military deployment and wanted to look at a few cars before I left with the thought of buying one upon my return. First I was shunned at the BMW dealership and I couldn't have been more of a waste of time in their opinion. The salesman didn't even give me his card. I found my way over to Tucson Subaru to look at the Impreza STi so I could find my back to the Subaru family. No STi in stock. It was that point, after hearing my situation, when the GM let me personally drive his Brand New Launch Edition STi, knowing I wasn't going to buy for upwards of a year. I was floored. Customer service means a lot in my book and I truly felt, not only appreciated, but valued as a customer. I told the GM I would be back, and I kept that promise because of the hospitality him and his staff provided. With all the help from John P., Joe M., and Traci, I would like to say Thank You and I truly appreciate the stand up people you really are.
