New car purchase Traded in my 2012 for a new 2018. Process was easy, no high pressure sales. Finance manager explained all the options available, no pressure to choose anything. Very quick and comfortable process. Sales Manager Paul went the extra mile to get me a good deal on my trade..Dan Giovino was the salesman I worked with again no pressure. We discussed what I wanted and because it was raining, he drove it into the bay so my wife and I could look it over. Great experience overall. That’s why I work with this dealership. Great people! Finished strong Purchased 2016 Q3 not expecting to buy that night as a result of a total loss from accident. It was late and didn’t notice body damage. Dealer offered to repair, delayed, dead battery, etc. Needless to say, we were upset & returned car. A week later we finally picked up car that looked amazing. They made a bad sell great and we are pleased. Sales person was new and did not provide accurate information such as nav system when it did have the feature. All in all, Paul & service manager made a difference! More
