I had made an appointment and let them know which car I was interested in. They had the cars washed and ready for me to look at and test drive. Everything was extremely easy and painless. Joe made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the entire experience. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my choice. He was great and I never felt pressured at all! They also made trading in my car very easy and quick, even though I had a paperwork nightmare with my title and car loan. I received a great price on a brand new White CX-5 with the touring package. I could not be happier with my car and my whole experience at HB Mazda. Everyone that I encountered there was super friendly and extremely helpful! Greg showed me how to use all of the technology and features that my car came with and made it really easy to learn.
