He treated our initial inquiry seriously and made suggestions about colors, told us exactly what the price would be at the time we ordered, stayed in contact with us during the process as information was available, and told us exactly what the price would be. The pick-up of the car was equally smooth, with Finance Manager Joe Sheppard quickly getting the necessary papers in order and Kris Portnoy then getting us acquainted with the many features of our freshly fueled and washed vehicle. The experience was one of the most pleasurable car purchases we have had and was worth the several hour drive to the dealership and home. More
