Overall great experience. This is my 2nd Mazda from this location, David Chiari was so helpful and kind during the whole experience. He moved all my items to new vehicle and very pleasant to work with. The location, David Chiari was so helpful and kind during the whole experience. They spent more time to explain us our new car Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition features, helping set up My Mazda app than all that paperwork. Usually, at other dealerships they spend more time trying to get more money from . Not here. Charles Fizzuoglio did great help as well as Sales manager Philip Puleo and Ken Davis. We got good discount at their store. Definitely will come and highly recommend. More

I have been searching around for a new 3rd row truck for the past month and Mazda was not on my radar originally, until I test drove the Mazda CX-9 and found out it had the option of the 2nd row captains se the past month and Mazda was not on my radar originally, until I test drove the Mazda CX-9 and found out it had the option of the 2nd row captains seat and then I knew I was sold on the truck. I called Mazda last Thursday and had the pleasure of speaking with Victor, both of us were upfront with each other, I knew what I wanted and needed and he was honest, friendly and got me the information I needed quickly. With that, I ended up going into the dealership on Saturday and met with Victor and the Sales Manager Joe who worked his magic and Kenny helped me give my papers in order and that afternoon I drove off with my new Mazda CX9. The dealership is in the town I live in and I was so happy with their service, there were no tricks and I felt the honesty and understanding from them from the start. Victor walked me through the whole process, was so helpful, nice to talk to, such a people person, we bonded over our rescue dogs and at the end he sat in the truck with me and showed me how to work the radio system as this is my first Mazda. He also was so cool and asked me if I wanted to take a picture of me with my new truck and the big red bow, that was the icing on the cake for me :) I truly had a wonderful experience with Wantagh Mazda, I completely recommend them. I can’t tell you how many car salesman lost sales because they didn’t call us back or waited a few days. He answered all our questions and had everything ready for our scheduled test drive. When it was time for the price, Joe came over and gave us a great deal. No BS. No haggling, no back forth to the sketchy finance manager. Just a fair deal. Signing paperwork took all of 10 minutes. Some dealers have had us there for hours. Never again. By far the best car buying experience and we will be back! More
