I dropped my car for a scheduled appointment. At 9am. I did not call about status for over 5 hours. I texted and called to find out status and got no communication back. The oil change was completed after 7.5 hours. I was told that they had 62 appointments. I was given a loaner. I had to sign a document that the car had to be returned full of gas or I would be charged $5.00/gal. The car was not full when I got it. More
