One day after my new Pilot was purchased I noticed a gritty film on the paint surface over the entire vehicle. I contacted Jim Spink who in turn contacted Joe Valente in the Service Department. I received a call from Joe the same day to set up an appointment. When I arrived at the dealer, Joe confirmed the condition of the vehicle and had a loaner car ready for me. Six hours later following a Clay Bar process, Joe called to advise that the Pilot was ready for me to pick up. While I believe that the paint surface condition of the vehicle should have been checked prior to delivery, the decisions and actions carried out on the part of Jim and Joe are commendable and were done with very little delay. Honda of Kenosha is lucky to have both of these individuals on hand and I will not hesitate to let others know what was done for me. I remain extremely grateful. More
