Joe was very efficient. He met me at the time I shut off the vehicle and promptly determined what all was required for this visit. Joe knew I was waiting and was able to get me out in half the time I was o the vehicle and promptly determined what all was required for this visit. Joe Velente quite friendly and clearly understands your needs with a smile and a easy understanding of what needs to be done to my auto.
