I pruchased a used Acura form another dealer, we do not have an Acura dealer close so, I went the the Honda dealer, Joe Valente answered the phone told him what service I needed (timeing belt) gave me a pr have an Acura dealer close so, I went the the Honda dealer, Joe Valente answered the phone told him what service I needed (timeing belt) gave me a price. I check around to see if I could get it done for less, but Joe had the best price and the peace of mind, knowing I had the work preformed by a Honda trained tech. Work was done on time ( actually ahead of time) Joe called to let me know and sent a drive to pick me up. Joe works to get me the best price, on all of the work I have done (coupons, specials). Also, make me feel like my business is important to him. Lets me know what servies I will need done future to keep my wife's car running without any isssues. Have had all my repairs done at Honda of Kenosha, best prices and great service More

Service didn't take too long. Service rep pointed out the pending maintenance that needs to be done on my car, that I didn't know was due and helped me to schedule this and provided estimate of cost.
