Yes when I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with Cory Wilson explaining that I was interested in leasing a 2025 Hybrid that was sitting on the dealership floor. Explaining as a first time lessor I knew nothing about the process, but assumed I would be steered in the right direction because of my previous dealings with Mr. Wilson whom is the Sales Manager, if I am not mistaken. He referred me to a sales person. We did not negotiate price or service plan options which I later found out, were a possibility. Basically I paid full asking price and received no complimentary service package, as a loyal third time Honda Of Kenosha Vehicle purchaser. Cory and I had negotiated a buy out for my previous vehicle and was told I could return the following Monday for my check. However was told on the following Monday that the title had to clear and that the check would be available later in the week. Upon again returning to the dealership to see about the check was told Honda Financial was now processing it and it would be mailed to me shortly. I can be reached at the following: Sincerely.
