A good experience How many of us enjoy car buying? Not many, and that included us until we visited Clinton Honda and met with Joe Vizzi. We had outlined our requirement How many of us enjoy car buying? Not many, and that included us until we visited Clinton Honda and met with Joe Vizzi. We had outlined our requirements beforehand, lest there be any confusion or wasted time on either side. So, we got to test drive what turned out to be our new olive green CR-V. We had chosen the color online, but were not happy the inside leather color was listed as black. Interiors, for us, are any color but black. We told Joe we loved the exterior color, but not the interior. Not one to be deterred, and obviously knowing much more about the vehicle colors and the perceptions and reactions of customers, he arranged for us to test drive that olive green CR- V, whose leather interior (thankfully) was more anthracite grey than black. He took many hours with us, explained in great detail the operation and functions on the vehicle, and even gave us pointers about our Pilot that we had not even purchased there! All in all, this was such a pleasant experience, with a real down to earth, understand where you are coming from sales person. A gold star for Joe, and two very satisfied new CR-V owners. Thanks to Joe, who made it all possible. Judy prepared our paperwork for us, and a nicer, more knowledgeable person can be found nowhere else. She, too, explained everything in great detail, and took the time to expound on certain points. Indeed, the dealership technically had closed 45minutes earlier, but there she and Joe were, providing the greatest level of customer service we have ever experienced at a vehicle dealership- and we have had a large number of vehicles throughout the years! By the way, a gold star for Judy, also! More

Joe Vizzi spent 7 hours - did you read that, 7 hours with me and it felt like 2. My new best friend, I hope it lasts a lifetime. I definitely would go back to Clinton Honda when buying another car. My major dealing was with Joe Vizzi. Bill I dealt with with regards to price and Bryon with regards to installation of my rear backup sensors. But since most of my time was spent with Joe my ratings are for him. Just one word of advice - get more customer parking! More
