Called the dealership and set up a test drive for me and my wife with Joe Vizzi. He welcomed us to the dealership, got us coffee and got right down to business. The test drive sold us on the car. Joe went overall the features in detail and answered all our questions. He went over all the numbers with us and we got fair value for our trade-in. Then came the vehicle prep and the necessary paper work. While that was being done Joe went over the all the options available for our model. Joe showed us the service area and introduced us to Cynthia Sliker our Service Advisor who would set appointments for future maintenance that we might need. Joe Vizzi got the ball rolling with his quick response to my internet inquiry and his answers to all my visits. I had just dropped in and while he was busy with other customers he offered me a a beverage, gave me a 2018 Odyssey brochure and encourage me to make an appointment He could not have been nicer. Next visit the test drive was awesome and I immediately decided to go ahead and purchase the Odyssey. He took an incredible amount of time to show me the workings and answered every question. I love this car. If their service department is anything like my experience with Joe I am looking forward to many years of working with Clinton Honda. I had visited three Honda dealership, one was 2 miles from my home but Clinton Honda is a cut above the rest. A clear Winner!! More
