Unlike any other NJ Honda Dealer!!! I went to three other NJ Honda dealers before finding Clinton Honda - they are like no other. I highly recommend starting at their website: I chose I went to three other NJ Honda dealers before finding Clinton Honda - they are like no other. I highly recommend starting at their website: I chose the car, the color and the features and a very competitive price was emailed to me. Their price beat the three other dealers I had visited. I made an appointment, was greeted by a professional staff who dressed as professionals. My sales person, Joe Vizzi was exception; simply, he is a gentleman. Within 45 minutes the sale was completed. The final price was very competitive with TrueCar pricing, and trade-in allowance was fair and straight-forward. Joe V. was great with all the small details (contact with my insurance agency, titles, etc), to make the process very friendly and easy. Simply, Clinton Honda and Joe Vizzi are exceptional - like no others. My visits to three other Honda dealers were absolute nightmares. Two of the Honda dealers were further east on Route 22, and after several hours in each, I left exhausted with no motivation to go back. Nothing about the visit was straightforward: it was people trying to sell cars without listening to the customer. Worse, getting a price was an ordeal. The most disappointing Honda dealer was in the Morristown area, in upscale suburban neighborhood, where one would expect excellent service if not the best price. The game playing by the salesperson was a clear sign not to trust him or the dealership: the second visit there, for the price of the car, was almost 2 hours, ending with the famous, "let me see what my manger can do." With these experiences in the background, I discovered Clinton Honda. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary this dealership is, and what an exceptional person Joe Vizzi is. Honda USA should be using Clinton Honda for training all their other dealers. More

Unique buying experience After seeing a vehicle online I filled out the form to request additional information. The next morning I received an email and follow-up call from Joe Vizzi. His description of the vehicle was right on point as I discovered when I arrived at the dealership. The test drive was flawless and when I asked if the car could be put on a lift so I could I could inspect the frame and suspension there was no hesitation and before I knew it we were in the shop with the car on the lift, and I was even given a flashlight and a mechanic to answer any questions I might have had. A complete open book into the cars history along with the car fax. Working with Joe was a pleasure, no pressure, he is a true believer in the product that he sells and there were no surprises even with the pricing we discussed on my trade in. Although it's a 2 hour ride for me to get to the dealership Joe made it worthwhile and I will recommend Clinton Honda and Joe Vizzi to anyone who asks about the vehicle and why I chose to go to New Jersey to make the purchase. One more comment, the financing portion that was completed by Judy Meier was also a pleasurable experience various rates and length of loan to fit my budget was more than I expected.
