The start of my experience was perfect. Vincent was the guy helping me, it all started off exceptionally well. I really wanted to do business with them. They let me test drive an RDX Advance and then an RD guy helping me, it all started off exceptionally well. I really wanted to do business with them. They let me test drive an RDX Advance and then an RDX A Spec the following day when they had 1 come in. Loved both cars and was very happy to proceed. I was in the process of selling my car to Carmax and I'd planned on using the cash for a down-payment. I was very open with them and told them I was shopping around. So, a couple days later I test drove another car (Which I fell in-love with) and decided to go for that vehicle instead. It was less expensive than the RDX too. (I had already told somebody from that dealer I'd gone elsewhere and she was really nice about the whole thing and I assumed that was the end of my Acura experience!) The day I was completing the deal on my new car, Vincent called me repeatedly VERY upset I didn't do business with him. To the point where I had to put down the phone because it was getting extremely heated. He continued to HARRASS me and attempted to call me back at least half a dozen times to the point where I had to block his number. Lets get one thing straight Acura of Princeton, it's MY CHOICE & MY RIGHT to choose what vehicle I drive and what dealer I work with. Completely unacceptable behaviour. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I do want to say that Joe was really nice. I believe he genuinely wanted to help me but they couldn't match the money I was getting for my old car. I'm only doing this review because of Vincent's behaviour. Joe and the other guys I came across seemed like really good people. More
