We started with the service department (Joel Casper) and after determining that my existing vehicle was no longer drivable, we moved to the sales department (Steven Boyd), who worked closely with us to find a very good used vehicle. Pat Lobb delivered the new used vehicle in great condition after a service check ( and two new tires), detailing and a full tank of gas. Thanks very much to Joel and Steven and all at Pat Lobb.
