Everyone at Street makes us feel like family. Excellent sales staff. Have you ever had a new car salesperson who couldn't answer questions about the car they were trying to sell you. I have- but this was NOT my experience at StreetVW. Jerry R salesperson who couldn't answer questions about the car they were trying to sell you. I have- but this was NOT my experience at StreetVW. Jerry Ripley and Sammy Silva both were very familiar with the various Atlas trim packages and options. They could demonstrate many features that I didn't even know existed. One or the other of them was always available to meet me at our agreed time. They did not make me feel rushed which is good because I do not rush into a major purchase like this. The final paperwork was easy to follow. And then Creed Baer, the VW tech genius, took me through the steps to personalize everything and showed me yet more cool features. He offered to help me later if needed and I believe he would be glad to do so. His enthusiasm about the Atlas was contagious. Purchasing my Atlas at Street VW was an excellent experience from start to finish. Then I left with a full tank of gas and a freshly washed vehicle. Nice!! More
