We were looking for a used vehicle for my daughter and were fortunate enough to speak with Chris Scott. At the time, they didn't have anything on the lot that really appealed to us so I gave him some ideas about what we were looking for and we exchanged contact information. I texted him after we left and thanked him for his time - not really expecting to hear back from him. A week or two later, he texted me to ask if we were still looking. This began what turned out to be a (roughly) 2 1/2 month long search that concluded this past weekend when we picked up our daughter's car. I won't go into specifics but suffice it to say that we had some fairly specific criteria for this car and we ended up with just what we wanted. Where others would show us what they had and/or simply refer us to their website, Chris really went out of his way to work for us. He was very patient, personable, and professional. "Lt" Dan Gregg was also great. We only interacted with Joel Owens briefly but he was helpful in getting things wrapped up. These guys all really came through and made it a special event for my daughter. I would recommend them without hesitation. More

What can I say... The experience was amazing! Cole Ornelas greeted us with a smile. Asked us what our needs were and for 30 mins went over our needs and addressed our needs. No pressure when we said we still wanted to look at what other dealers had to offer. And we told him we were just looking and probably wouldn’t purchase until May. But the deal was sooo good we were able to surprise our daughter with a car for her birthday. Cole’s knowledge of their vehicles was very helpful. His attention to our comfort was appreciated. He saw that we took Covid safety seriously so he allowed us to sit in the car and relax while he handled everything he could, minimizing the time we had to spend inside. I recommend that Street VW hold on to him!! And we will refer him to everyone we know who is looking for a car in Amarillo or Canyon. More

This is the second vehicle that Joel sold us. Our first was a 2021 Atlas, and this one was for our 16 year old son. I texted Joel with what we were looking for and what our budget was.
