Recall Experience I had an appt. for a recall on my 2016 Acura TXL for the fuel injection system. Yvonne took care of me and told me how long it would take. Even though I had an appt. for a recall on my 2016 Acura TXL for the fuel injection system. Yvonne took care of me and told me how long it would take. Even though she said the service would take over an hour, I really didn't mind because I was able to work on my laptop in a private office. The only bad thing about going there is I live almost an hour from the dealership and traffic is always rough. However, they always have appts open on the hour/day I want to come. More

Best dealership and salesman!!! I had been looking for a used Acura RDX and I sent a contact request online. In less than an hour, I received an email reply from CM with the info on I had been looking for a used Acura RDX and I sent a contact request online. In less than an hour, I received an email reply from CM with the info on the RDX I saw online. We visited the dealership that evening and CM was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, their inventory, and financing options. We were back at the dealership the next day buying our dream vehicle! CM and Joey made this process so easy!! They are so much more helpful than the other Acura dealers we had visited. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next dream car! Great experience. I went online doing a search for an RDX Tech with specific colors, and found one at Jackson. I started an online conversation with Paul Silverman and I went online doing a search for an RDX Tech with specific colors, and found one at Jackson. I started an online conversation with Paul Silverman and told him what we were looking to do finance wise. The vehicle was for my wife. She had seen one, but hadn't sat in one much less driven one. Our Daughter who lives in the Jackson area, went by, met Paul, and he took her on a test drive and went over the details and functionality of the vehicle. Paul gave me a very competitive quote. I took my wife to see it, and she drove it home. Paul was WONDERFUL to associate with as was Joey Andrews with the financing. Customer Service at Jackson Acura is OUTSTANDING!! Garry Stroup More

Overall Great Experience We had been researching and looking to buy an Acura RDX for a few months and could never quite find the “right one” - then one Friday night we took a We had been researching and looking to buy an Acura RDX for a few months and could never quite find the “right one” - then one Friday night we took a chance and emailed Jackson, a dealership 3 hours away, because they seemed to have a great inventory and just let them know what we were looking for. The next morning I had an email from CM, a sales associate, letting me know that he thought I had a vehicle that would interest me. Because we would be coming from so far away, much of the discussions had to take place over the phone, email and text- and let me tell you, CM was professional and attentive before I even met him. We decided to take a chance and make the trip to test drive the car. From the time we arrived at Jackson Acura we felt welcomed, never rushed, never pressured, and well taken care of. Again, as most discussion/negotiations had taken place prior to our arrival at the dealership, all that was really left to do was test drive the car and decide whether to finance in-house or through my lender (which again, was never pushed either way). Signing the paperwork couldn’t have been any easier- all of our options were clearly explained and presented to us, and Joey made sure to Bob walked us through the features of our new vehicle (well, as many as he could- there are so many and he is so knowledgable... I don’t think that he could have shown us all of them if we had stayed for the whole weekend!) CM and Bob - and the whole Jackson team- deserve a visit if you are in the market for a new or used Acura! More
