My son has always admired Jaguar and wanted the opportunity to experience the pride and excitement of owning one himself. Today, that dream became a reality, and Joey and Morgan played an extraordinary part in making it happen. There was a point when my son had completely lost hope that he would be approved for the vehicle he had fallen in love with. Joey and Morgan, however, never gave up. They remained confident, persistent, and committed to finding a way to make it happen. They continued working on the deal, even putting in extra time, until they were able to deliver the answer we were hoping for. That statement says it all. As a mother, there is something incredibly special about watching your child experience a moment of genuine excitement and accomplishment. Seeing the smile on my son's face when he realized he was actually going home in the Jaguar he had chosen and fallen in love with was priceless. At first, nothing was available, and the closest match wasn't expected to arrive for a couple of months. Then Derek stepped in. While our salesperson, Joe, was on vacation, Derek personally called to let us know that the Range Rover qualified for the special financing rates that had just become available. The timing couldn't have been more challenging—we were leaving town in just a few days and assumed there was no way everything could come together in time. Derek proved us wrong. He quickly located the exact vehicle we wanted in Melbourne, Florida, coordinated the transfer, and even worked with us on his day off to finalize the financing and paperwork. Before we left, he made sure we had a complete tour of the facility, introduced us to the team, and ensured every detail was taken care of. The vehicle was shipped to Fort Myers, safely held while we were on vacation, and then delivered to us when we returned. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end.
