It was the easiest car buying experience ever! He even drove to Sarasota to deliver my car on his day off. The business manager, Morgan Kin, completed the paperwork quickly and she made the purchase process simple in five minutes or less! I cannot give enough praise for Joe and Morgan and I will refer all of my friends your way! More

The Best! I live in Central Florida and searched all the Jaguar dealers in Ocala and Orlando for a CPO F Type. After calling several of the dealers I was not comfortable with their responses. I decided to e Jaguar dealers in Ocala and Orlando for a CPO F Type. After calling several of the dealers I was not comfortable with their responses. I decided to expand my search area and found Scott Reid at the Jaguar dealership in Ft Myers. I am so GLAD I did! They had a car I was interested in and I called Mr. Reid. I told him I wanted to buy his car and I had a trade in but there was one catch, I did not want to play games with prices. Mr. Reid asked me to give him a couple of hours and he would get back with me. To my astonishment he called me back. He gave me a Great price on my trade in and a Great price on a 2018 F Type!! My wife and I drove almost 250 miles, one way, to pick up the car. Maybe the other dealers didn't take me seriously but Mr. Reid did. He was courteous, professional and respectful both over the phone and in person. When I got there I was introduce to Joe D'Ambra. Again, the professionalism was exactly the same as Mr. Reid. Joe took me for a test drive to make sure I was happy with the car and then sat down with me and my wife to go over everything about the car and I mean everything. Joe gave me his cellphone number and since the purchase has always been available for my silly questions. He meant what he said when he told me "I will take care of you". The entire staff was awesome. I don't think I have ever seen such happy people in any car dealership I have ever been in and that is saying something since I have purchased over 30 cars over the years. Mr. Reid has a great staff! If you are going to purchase a vehicle I would HIGHLY recommend you call Joe. You will not regret it. It was worth the drive to Ft. Myers. Since my purchase I have contacted other Jaguar dealers near me to discuss service and base on those calls..........I will make the drive to Ft. Myers, stay a few days, and have the knowledge my car will get good care. Why risk anywhere else. More

Ask for Morgan, Scott, Dan and Joey and they will be fair and explain everything including what other dealerships do to take advantages of their customers. Dan Collins initially helped me by providing background on the vehicle, explaining the Jaguar pull-forward program to ease me out of my lease to my new vehicle, then Morgan Kin helped me with my financing concerns. My wife and I drove over to Fort Myers over the weekend where we were introduced to Joe D’Ambra. Joe went with us as we test drove the car, answered any of our specific questions and helped us with the paperwork to buy our new car. I can’t say enough about how personable and professional Joe D’Ambra was for the both of us. The entire process was very easy and straightforward and this was in no small part because of Joe D’Ambra. One week later, Joe has followed up with phone calls to inquire how everything is going for us, and has been eager to explain the various features on the E-Pace to us. Very happy we decided to make the drive there and would definitely recommend. More
