We contacted him to find our 1st Defender, black with a V8 - we had specific wants and needs - he found us exactly what we wanted in less than 2 days. We then decided to make a trade of our older RR for another Defender. Again we had specific wants/needs that were very important to us. Within 2 days he delivered again. I can't say enough how wonderful and easy he was to work with, he even threw in the coolest RR Teddy Bears. All in All we are very much enjoying our new Defenders and Thank You Joe for making our purchasing experience seamless. The His & Her Defender clients. he he. More
