Being a woman, it was very intimidating entering a dealership by myself to look for a deal on a vehicle (I’ve had horrible experiences at other dealerships before). I knew I wanted a new Toyota RAV4… Kevin without hesitation took the time to go over the different trim levels and packages available. After a little searching within their inventory, Kevin helped me find the best car for me! I did not have a trade-in since my previous 2018 Toyota Camry was totaled. Both Kevin and Joey understood my situation, relieving so much stress I was already under. They worked with me to resolve any minor hiccups. The day I came to pick up the car, everything was taken care of and Kevin spent the time to go over the setup and answered any questions I had. I truly appreciate all of their time, understanding, effort, and knowledge.
